Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GuestLink ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GuestLink is a hospitality messaging platform that automates guest communication for accommodation hosts. The Service reads booking emails from OTA platforms, generates AI-assisted responses, and delivers notifications via WhatsApp and LINE.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Gmail Integration

By connecting your Gmail account, you authorize GuestLink to:

• Read emails from OTA booking platforms only
• Send reply emails to guests on your behalf, only after your explicit approval

You may revoke this authorization at any time through your Google Account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Violate any OTA platform's terms of service

6. AI-Generated Content

GuestLink uses AI to generate draft responses. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all messages before they are sent to guests. We are not liable for the content of AI-generated drafts.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.

8. Pricing & Payment

8.1 Plans

• Free Plan (Airbnb hosts): GuestLink is offered free of charge for hosts using Airbnb only (iCal sync + AI replies + notifications).
• Multi-OTA Plan: $25 USD per month for hosts using multiple OTAs (Booking.com, Agoda, Trip.com, channel managers, etc.). Includes 14-day free trial.

8.2 Free Plan Policy

The Free Plan is offered at our discretion and may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time. We will provide at least 30 days advance notice via email before any material change to the Free Plan terms.

8.3 Paid Plan Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Refunds are available within 7 days of initial subscription. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

8.4 Trial

14-day free trial for the Multi-OTA Plan. No credit card required to start. Cancel anytime during trial without charge.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Limitation of Liability

GuestLink is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
